The Callender Group has many years of experience working with operators, and community-minded groups or individuals, to create a new community school (i.e. charter school).  We work in all phases of development and growth, including board recruitment and training, sponsor identification and application, negotiation of contracts (vendors, management agreements, fiscal officer, leases), and establishing or maintaining relationships with governmental entities to assure a smooth, “red-tape-free” process .  These items are essential for a school’s long-term viability, and allowing it a solid foundation from day one, while supporting the school’s mission.

Whether it is a new school (public or private), new business, or an existing business/school that needs a new approach, we will work with your decision makers to formalize a Business and Marketing Plan.  If you do not know where you need to go or what you need to do, but see a change on the horizon, we will walk through strategic planning sessions to identify where you want your organization to be in the future and the steps you need to take to get there.  This can include in-depth analysis, studies, targeting, and financials, if so requested.
